Poo2Scoop LLC (poo2scoop.biz) has been growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking part-time reliable, courteous, and positive Field Technicians to perform yard waste removal services for our growing company in the greater Kansas City area which includes Lee Summit, Blue Springs,  Liberty, Grain Valley, Oak Grove, and Independence.

As a family-owned business, we take pride in providing our customers with top-notch customer service. That is where you come in! As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for driving to clients’ homes along a set route and cleaning the yard of all dog waste (feces). This may include treating the lawn as needed with family and eco-friendly products. At times, you will also interact with dogs and occasionally our clients. You will proceed to enter the job information on the provided tablet before driving to the next yard. A typical route will take you to about 30-40 yards per day! This is a physical job where you will be walking extensively while carrying approximately 10-20 pounds in one hand. In the end, it is essential that you love the outdoors, walking, and of course our four-legged friends! We are an organization that has been on the rise and we look forward to you rising with us!
 

Position Overview

• Provides high-quality pet waste removal services from yards while providing excellent customer service

• Treat lawns as needed with eco-friendly products

• Ensures all safety measures are followed to include latching and securing all gates

• Accurately enters job-related information into company provided tablet

• Builds positive relationships with customers and ensures high engagement to develop repeat customers

• Provides first-rate belly rubs to our client’s dogs on demand

 

Required Skills and Experience:

• Valid driver’s license with clean record

• Reliable, insured vehicle required (mileage reimbursement paid based on number of miles driven)

• Excellent communication skills

• Detail-oriented with a full commitment to safety

• Highly-motivated with ability to work independently

• Non-smoker/vaper is preferred

• Ability to lift 35-65 pounds and able to handle extensive walking

Hours: Part-time with opportunity for full-time advancement; Monday – Friday daylight hour flexibility; typically 5-9 hours a day

Salary: After training period (2-3 months), opportunity for Performance Bonus with good potential to earn up to $18 per hour!
