How often does our company come out?

Most customers prefer service once a week, but other options. If you would like to know more about the availability of our service, please contact us.

 

Do we work through the winter?

Yes, we work through most weather all year. Dogs keep making their messes all year long, and our company continues to clean up and remove dog waste throughout the year. ​

 

What happens when it Snows or Rains?

We'll work in most weather, but there may be days when heavy rain, lightning or snow, or freezing weather can stop us. If it snows more than about half an inch, your service will be delayed until your next visit.  

 We will usually work in the rain, too, although a heavy rainfall or lightening may postpone our service. In that case, we will do our best to make up the work later that week.​

 

As a rule, we do not credit weeks skipped due to extreme weather conditions as we expect to pick up twice the amount of dog poop the following week.

 

What if I go on Vacation?  

 

If your dog is not going to be home, please let us know so that we can skip that week(s) pet waste removal service and adjust your invoice accordingly.

 

What about tall grass and leaves...?


We will do our best to clean your yard, but can not guarantee our service under these circumstances:

  • Muddy Areas

  • Tallgrass, weeds, excessive leaves or other ground covers

  • Beds, bushes furniture, trampolines, autos or small trees,  etc

  • Wet, loose stool caused by sprinklers, rain or illness

  • Gravel or Rocky areas

  • Wild animal droppings

  • We do not climb over, or crawl under or move objects, furniture, etc of any kind to get to the poop

 

What about Weekends & Holidays?

We give our employees the following days off to spend with their families so that we won't be out on these days: 1) New Years Day.  2) Memorial Day.  3) July 4th, Independence Day.  4) Labor Day.5) Thanksgiving Day & Black Friday 6) Christmas Day.**

We will not schedule weekend appointments.

If a holiday falls on a regular service day, we will post a revised schedule in your monthly invoice, so you'll know how the holiday will affect your service.​

 

Legal Stuff (sort of

)

 We reserve the right to change service days as needed.

If your services aren’t able due to circumstances beyond our control, i.e., Illness, downed vehicle, your bill will be pro-rated accordingly.

 By hiring Poo2Scoop LLC (subsidiaries, affiliates, etc.)  by phone, fax, mail, email, text, online, etc., it is you have read, understood and agreed to all our Terms, Conditions,  Policies, Guidelines, Statements, Postings and FAQ’s

If we missed due to acts of God, heavy rain, snow, etc., your bill would not be pro-rated, and you will be responsible for the full amount of your monthly bill. See **below

Although we try our hardest to prevent dogs from escaping, Poo2Scoop cannot be accountable for escape dogs due to defective gates or latches. We will attempt to notify you if your entrance needs repair.​

Any poop that is scooped by you between visits must be taken care of by yourself; we do “not” take away any additional bags of poop, stored poop or look for any poop in your trash cans, bins, scoopers. etc., this is another customer service that is an additional fee and that we are “not” responsible for

 

**The reason not credited for holiday time is that the next time we service your yard, there will be twice as much. If you clean up your yard on holidays and would like to be compensated for it, contact us and we will pro-rate your next bill accordingly. 

 

 

Should you unlock Your Gate?

Yes, please. We don't allow our employees to climb or jump over fences, so please have your gate unlocked on your service day. You may provide us with a key or tell us the combination if that will be more convenient for you, or, if you like, we will loan you a lock at no cost to you.

 HOWEVER, if your gate is locked, or the dog will not allow us to clean the yard when we come to do the work, it may be necessary to charge for the service call we couldn’t complete. So, If, for instance, you get to work and remember that the gate is locked, call us early to tell us to skip that day.

Can we work with your dog in the yard?

In most cases, YES. We love dogs! But we don't want to take unnecessary risks with your dog or our workers. Sometimes a dog will not allow us into the yard, making it unsafe for us. If your dog is aggressive with strangers, or if it becomes apparent to us that your dog will not let us in, then we will ask you to keep the dog inside or otherwise confine it on the day that we come to scoop.

What if you want to skip a day?

You will not be any charge if you call the company office 24 hrs in advance for us to tell the service worker to skip your yard that day. If the dog will be out of the yard for a couple of weeks, or if for some other reason you want us to skip your yard for more than a single service day, we can put your service on hold those days. move dog waste through winter. ​There will also be no charge for service

 Cancellation and Restarts:

You can cancel for any reason, upon cancellation, your account and all info associated with it will be deleted. If you then wish to resume services at a later date, you will be required to sign up again and will be liable for payment of the current rates and will lose any benefit of being grandfathered in at your previous price.  

 

Gain/Loss of Pet:

 

It’s the Client's responsibility to notify us of any increase or decrease in the number of pets within 15 days of gain or loss of a pet for monthly invoices to be adjusted. Failure to report additional pets may be grounds for termination of service, including full repayment of all incurred additional pet fees at the discretion of Poo2scoop’s management. Additionally, if we notice unreported loss(es) or gain(s) of pets, we reserve the right to increase or adjust your monthly statements accordingly without any prior or post notice.

 

 

How do you prefer to pay for us?

All regular maintenance services sent out on the 1st of the month to your email.   We are a GREEN company and only send a paper statement at your request. We will send your invoice directly to your email account at the end of the month. ​​

Payment for service is by the 20th of the month to avoid service interruption 

We accept personal or business checks. Secure payments via a link on our Invoice using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express.​

We offer discounts for pre-payment of service for six months or a year, as well. If you would like to change your payment method, contact us and we'll take care of that for you.​

Please Note:

*All return checks will be assessed a $25.00 return check fee.

*Monthly Pricing is annualized 

     Weekly Service up to 2 dogs

     $13.99 per visit X 52 weeks/12=$60 per Month 

 ​ I understand that at any time of the non-payment of services, Poo2scoop has provided to me. I also understand I am responsible for all costs incurred by Poo2scoop in their attempt to collect payment from me.  I know a late payment fee of $25.00 may be added to my final invoice cost if I do not pay Poo2scoop promptly. I know that in the event of non-payment of services, Poo2Scoop can and will, at their discretion, use collection company or small claims court for resolution unless a mutual agreement has been worked out.

 

Are there any contracts you have to sign?

No. We can start online with our sign-up form. Any questions contact us by phone, Text, or Email. We do not require contracts, there is no minimum service period, and there is no advance notice required. For cancellation, we need email or a written letter

Privacy Statement:

 

At Poo2scoop, we believe that Privacy is the Best Policy. As such, any information given to us is considered personal and confidential, used for internal purposes only. This information will not be sold to any outside marketing company.

 

 

Is there an extra charge for the first time?

If it has been more than a couple of weeks since your yard has been free of dog poop, we will check out your yard before we start service, and before we begin, we will let you know if there will be any extra charge for that first cleanup. If there will be any additional charge, we'll let you know how much it will be, and we'll get your approval for that before we start.

Is it possible to get a one-time-only service?

Sure! One-time-only or short-term service. Just check the one time only when completing the sign-up form.

How about a unique occasion service?

If you need specialized service for a backyard party or similar occasion, we can arrange an extra cleanup at a particular time and day for an additional charge. Give us a call or drop us an email to arrange that.

What do we mean by "SATISFACTION GUARANTEED"?

We strive to provide perfect service, but if there is ever a time when our service does not meet your expectations, please contact us ASAP.  We will make it right!!
